The Service Charter is a publication of fundamental importance which enables Chamber of Commerce clients to understand how the institute works and access procedures; it also gives them a chance to make suggestions and complaints.

The purpose of the publication is to precisely indicate which and how many services are provided so that users can assess the services received in relation to the stated quality standards.

The Service Charter describes the seven operating areas into which the Chamber of Commerce is split:  registers/statistics/certificates area, publishing area, fairs and events, quality, abroad, new enterprises, training.

The fact that quality standards are indicated means that each service can be directly measured by the client, a guarantee of the commitment undertaken to comply with schedules and procedures in a perspective of ongoing improvement.

By means of the distribution of the Service Charter, the Chamber of Commerce intends establishing a new relationship with clients: an open dialogue, built up on well-defined and sound rules, on flexibility and on the transparency of procedures, but above all on the effectiveness of the services provided.
